Welcome counters at the airport
We will set up and man the Welcome Counters at the Indira Gandhi International Airport on a 24 hours basis 2 days prior the conference as per the rules and regulations of Airport Authority of India (AAI) and Bureau Civil Aviation Services (BCAS). These counters will be placed right after the baggage belts just before the exit gate of the airport. All the delegates arriving for the conference will be met, greeted and welcomed. 
The welcome desk will be responsible for the following:
- Information regarding hotel accommodation to be conveyed to each arriving delegate
- Escort the delegates through Exit and up to the pre arrived car / coach.
- Price on request
- Airport Transfers: We will be using cars / coaches for transportation between airport and hotels. For individual arrivals, we will use cars for airport transfers. We shall have standby coaches in case of break down.
